How One Right Swipe
Changed Everything
For those who don’t know the full story, ours didn’t begin with a chance meeting in a Waitrose aisle or a glance across a crowded gig. It started online, bonding over the fact we’d both somehow never watched The Sopranos and a match that would end up changing everything.
Long queues for bakeries, multiple gelato places, two guinea pigs and one very spoiled dog later, we’ve built a life (and a home) we love.
...And we are currently somewhere around series six of The Sopranos.
On a windy, sunny cliff at a Celtic ring fort on the west coast of Ireland, while Claire was busy trying to photograph the dog in a cap, Mark got down on one knee (with a few lines from Fontaines D.C. thrown in for good measure) and asked for her hand in marriage.
She said no… and then yes.
